Racepoint Global launches RPG Prism™, appoints Amy Palladino EVP, strategic services

Boston, April 3, 2024 — Racepoint Global (RPG), an independent integrated communications agency that helps shape conversations that matter for tech-forward brands, today announced the launch of RPG Prism™ employee communications and change management services, and the appointment of Amy Palladino to lead the practice as EVP, strategic services.  

In her new role, Palladino will support C-suite executives, human resources, and communications leaders as organizations grapple with a workplace in flux. She will join RPG’s executive leadership team and report to RPG president Bob Osmond.  

Employee Communications and Engagement: A Strategic Imperative

A Proven Practitioner and Counselor to the C-suite 

After years working at global agencies, including at Ketchum, where she led integrated and change communications programs for global brands IKEA, Nokia, and Philips, Palladino chose to focus her expertise on executive communications, change communications, and internal communications. She has a successful track record developing channel and content strategies that effectively engage employees in an organization’s unique mission and connect their daily work to corporate strategy.  

Most recently vice president, executive communications at Gartner, Palladino previously ran her own change management consultancy, where she served a range of consumer and tech-forward brands, including ActivisionBlizzard, IBM, Pearson Education, Pfizer, and Quest Diagnostics.
